<b>S</b><b>u McCormack </b>has been involved in the driver training industry for nearly 40 years and was an Approved Driving Instructor for most of that time. She has taught learner drivers, trainee and qualified driving instructors, fleet drivers and other qualified drivers; and created and delivered training materials and courses. She has completed an MSc in Driver Behaviour and Education at Cranfield University. She scored 51 out of 51 on her ADI Standards Check and was an ORDIT registered trainer.
Miller, John
<p><b>John Miller</b> has been involved in the driver training industry for over 35 years. A qualified and experienced instructor trainer and LGV instructor, for many years he ran his own driving school for car and lorry drivers, together with an instructor training facility. He is now a consultant to the driver training industry.
John Miller is the author of <i><b>The Driving Instructor's Handbook</b></i>, which is listed by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency as recommended reading material for the Approved Driving Instructors' exams, and <i><b>Practical Teaching Skills for Driving Instructors</b></i>, both published by Kogan Page.</p>

A regular contributor to industry media, she has created several training courses, including the Pearson-accredited BTEC Level 4 in Coaching for Driver Development.
