Michael Palkowski is Senior Lecturer in Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management at the University of East London, UK, as well as the programme leader for BA (Hons) Tourism Management and the MSc in Events and Hospitality Leadership. Henrik Linden is the Subject Lead for Hospitality, Events, Tourism, Aviation and Sport Management at the University of East London, UK. He is a Senior Fellow (SFHEA) of Advance HE and his experience includes organising and managing a variety of events, as well as working for The Nobel Museum, The Swedish Institute for Children's Books and New York's Morgan Library and Museum.
