Md Jahid Hossain Bhuiyan, Ph.D. The University of Queensland, Australia, is an Associate Professor at the Department of Law and Justice, Southeast University, Bangladesh. He is co-editor of An Introduction to International Refugee Law (MNP, 2013).

Borhan Uddin Khan, Ph.D. School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, is a Professor at the Department of Law, University of Dhaka. He is co-author of Protection of Minorities: Regimes, Norms and Issues in South Asia (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2012).
