Dr. Chakraborty's work frequently utilizes mixed methods and innovation resistance theory, addressing key contemporary issues such as technology adoption and food consumption behaviors.

Rajasshrie Pillai is a Doctorate in Management and a post graduate in Human Resource Management & Marketing. She has over 19 years of experience including manufacturing Industry, Research and Academics. She has authored 7 books on human resource management and organizational behaviour. To her credential, she has presented research papers in National and International Conferences and also published research papers in ABDC, Web of Science, Scopus Indexed International Journals She is life member of NHRDN and ISTD, New Delhi.

Ravi Kumar Jain is the Director and Professor of Finance & Strategy at Sparsh Global Business School, Greater Noida. He has over 22 years of experience in management education, institution building, and family business management. He is a start-up mentor and actively contributes to the Indian start-up ecosystem.
