Gijs Jansen, PsyD, is a pioneer of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in the Netherlands. Since specializing in ACT in 2003, he has published 15 books and over 100 articles and has delivered numerous online and direct training programs. Dr. Jansen is a cofounder of the PsychFlex app. A former faculty member at Radboud University Nijmegen, he has contributed extensively to the development of ACT in the Netherlands, including with the creation of ACT Guide, an online platform for health care professionals.
