The book was thought to be a groundbreaking volume that may well be considered as a Political science volume as, together with pragmatic examples and exclusive interviews with officials and experts, it also offers an unedited theoretical frame. This may well be true especially as academic research on “sharp power” is at its first steps and there is no wide literature on this matter.

Über Autor(innen)

Paolo Messa is the founder of the magazine Formiche and member of the Center for American Studies Administrative Board. He is a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington DC and member of the Strategic Board for Global Governance course at Tor Vergata University in Rome. He is professor at LUISS Business School and gives lectures on media and intelligence in several Italian universities.
