This book is a compilation of Maha Avtar Babaji's lectures, which were recorded in his Kriya Yoga Ashram in Nainital, India, in the years 2004 to 2008. It was Babaji's wish, that his message should be compiled and printed in a concise version. His lectures were therefore dismantled and compiled according to topics. It was however the declared goal for the compilation, to reproduce Babaji's sayings as well as possible in his own words.

Maha Avtar Babaji called a number of people from throughout the world to his Kriya Yoga Ashram in Nainital, India whom he has chosen as his messengers. The authors Elisabeth Rainer and Christian Rainer from Austria were among them and lived in the Ashram from 2005 to 2009. Babaji has entrusted them with the task to write down his message.

3 DIVINE GUIDANCE FOR MANKIND

3.1 The Prophets 6

3.1.1 Prophethood

When Adam was created, his esprit said,

Then God has taken the Glow of Thone Beloved and has touched the forehead of Adam. Therefore we still focus onto the forehead in our meditation to see the Celestial Glow, the Logos. Inside us is darkness, but the whole body is illuminated by the Celestial Light which God has given to mankind from Thone Beloved, Muhammad, the greatest seal. All Prophets have the same seal in their body, for they have come through the seal. They have been enlightened by the light.

God has sown the seed of mankind in this Mother Earth and Tha has chosen the Prophets, the Masters, as gardeners. They take out the weed and protect the good seed, which is growing. When it will be ripe, it will be cut and collected by my messengers, who are the gardeners nowadays. They will make good bread out of it. Weed in a man are all evil thoughts and deeds. Man has to seek forgiveness for them from God. What remains are Divine Esprits who are the bread for the Masters and the Angels, whereas bad deeds are the food for the devils. The owner of the garden likes the smell of pure esprits and said, “Oh, what a beautiful aura and aroma is coming from this harvest!”

With the lineage of Prophets, God has fulfilled the promise which Tha had given after the first birth of all esprits: To provide a light to men in order to lead us out of darkness and to guide us to the right path.

Man has been created out of two components: esprit (amr) and physical body (khalq). The esprit is from the heavenly kingdom of God, the physical body is from this Mother Earth. Man is composed of five elements – earth, water, air, fire and ether. The Prophets have also been composed of elements, but their elements were different from those of the men. God has created the men from the dust of this Mother Earth, but the body of Prophet Muhammad has come from amr, not from khalq. His body has been created from heavenly dust, not from dust of this Mother Earth, like our body.

God has chosen the Prophets from among the men, and the Angels have initiated them. Ninety-nine percent of the Prophets were men. They were the Prophets from ‘A’ to ‘M’. Among the women in this world the Divine Mothers Eve, Sarah, and Mary were the greatest. They were Prophetesses. Whoever wants to worship God has to obey first of all his mother and then his father. Mother is the basic phenomenon of God. That’s why the Beloved Ones of God, the Prophets, have been men not women. It is according to the nature that a woman loves a man and that a man loves a woman, not that a man loves a man. If you retreat with God and the Godly Men, believe me, you will live in truth.

So there is God and there are the Beloved Ones of God, who are the Prophets. Among the Prophets are the five ‘Representatives of the Lord God’ who are called ‘Rasools’ in the Quran. They are known as Rasools, because God has given them ‘The Book’, the Laws of God, and they have applied the Laws of God and have taught them to the people. They were also among the very few Chosen Beings who could see God:

• The Friend of God – Abraham (Rama, Ibrahim)
• The Word of God – Moses (Parshurama, Musa)
• The Soul of God – David (Krishna, Daud)
• The Esprit of God – Jesus (Isa)
• The Beloved of God - Muhammad

God has spoken to Moses and has given him the word, the ‘Word of God’. The ‘Power of God’ or ‘Friend of God’ is Abraham. God has always been friendly with Abraham. The Hindus say that God and Rama (Abraham) are one, because they are friends. The ‘Esprit of God’ is Jesus. He has been born by the Holy Esprit, by the Esprit of God, not by God. God has no esprit, but ‘Esprit of God’ means Holy Esprit, Angel Gabriel.

One of the ninety-nine names of Prophet Muhammad is “Ruhul Qudus” which means Holy Esprit. Muhammad is the ‘Beloved of God’, because God created him as the most beautiful man on this earth. The ‘Soul of God’ is Krishna. He said about himself that he was ‘Paramatma’ which means Holy Esprit.

Jesus said, “I am a Self Holy Esprit”, and Krishna said, “I am Paramatma. I am a Supreme Soul and the Holy Esprit.” Krishna and Jesus have come from the Holy Esprit. That’s why they said, “We are the Paramatma. Surrender to us for this is how you surrender to the Will of God.” They never said, “We are God.” They were a ‘Self Holy Esprit’, not God! That’s why consciousness is known as ‘Krishna Chaytanya’ or ‘Christ Consciousness’. Actually, the name ‘Christos’ has been given to Jesus by the Roman Emperor Constantine Paul, not by God. The words ‘Christos’ and ‘Christ’ are very close to the word ‘Krishna’. They are connected.

If anybody wants to recite the name of Krishna, he has to recite, “Om Vasu Devae Krishnae Namah.” Who is the Vasu Devae? There are many Faces of the Lord God, many Vasus. ‘Face’ or ‘Vasu’ means Prophet, and one face is Krishna.

The Prophets didn’t come in the form of a man to tell the people to worship them. They have come to guide mankind. They were shepherds, gopalas. They went on the process of meditation for the sake of teaching the people because they were the guides, but the men have made them Gods. The Angels talked to them, and God talked to them, and they have become a medium between us and God.

All Prophets are your listeners. The breath of life is throughout the world always available. Jesus is always available. I am talking about him and he is listening. To understand this quality of the Prophets, you only need to think that a small relay station can broadcast a message which may be received immediately by the whole world through T.V. You call it live-telecasting. For the Prophets the process is just the opposite. The Prophets are universal receivers. A single Prophet can receive the live-telecast messages from everyone. The Prophets are alive but behind the curtain. That’s why one of the names of Prophet Muhammad is ‘Prince of the two worlds – Zarkare do Alam’. For the Lords, who are certain Prophets, he is the ‘Lord of the three worlds – Theloquinat’. A person has to understand the Logos, the Quality of the Logos.

Most of the Prophets were not as rich as we are. They didn’t have clothes like we have. They were the “Gifted Beings”. God has given them potential wisdom so that they could talk to the birds, animals, and plants like Abraham, King Solomon, or Jesus. They were Divine Beings. A person has to understand this.

Prophet doesn’t mean ‘king’ in the sense of ‘worldly ruler’. The people say that the Prophets were their kings, and they have thus made the Prophets their exclusive possession. However, the truth is that the sun is for all. So how can the Glow of God be for a certain people or a small tribe only? God...
