Über Autor(innen)

Ineta Ziemele is a professor at the Riga Graduate School of Law. She is President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Latvia. She is a co-Editor in Chief of the Baltic Yearbook of International Law (Brill/Nijhoff).
