He is the author of The History Atlas of Europe, The History Atlas of Asia, and The Enlarged European Union. Charles Royster is Boyd Professor of History at Louisiana State University. He is the author of The Fabulous History of Dismal Swamp Company: A Study of George Washington's Times; A Revolutionary People at War; and Light Horse Harry Lee and the Legacy of the American Revolution.
