Cuthbert, Leslie
Leslie Cuthbert is now a Circuit Judge dealing with criminal cases in London and is a Tribunal Judge of the First Tier Tribunal (Mental Health), having previously been a solicitor advocate and partner for McCormacks Law specialising in criminal defence work. Prior to his appointment, he held a number of other judicial and quasi-judicial roles and is also the author of 365 Daily Advocacy Tips, also published by Bloomsbury Professional.

Leslie Cuthbert, a part-time consultant and solicitor advocate for McCormacks Law, has a wealth of experience and carries out occasional freelance criminal defence work.
