Greer, Ian
Ian Greer has over 30 years' experience in vocational education and training. He has been a lecturer and senior manager in two of England's largest further education colleges, an external verifier and examiner for City & Guilds and a quality adviser for the Learning and Skills Council. Since 2008 he has been involved in international projects in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, delivering vocational teacher and assessment training, capacity building to college senior managers, and supporting the development and introduction of quality assurance frameworks. He is based in Sheffield, UK.

Ian Greer has over 30 years experience in the field of vocational education and training. He has been a lecturer and senior manager in two of England's largest further education colleges, an External Verifier and Examiner for City & Guilds and Quality Advisor for the Learning + Skills council. Since 2008, the author has been involved with international projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Most recently, he has been delivering Vocational Teacher Training on a UNESCO-funded project in Botswana and Zambia, and EU Projects on Quality Assurance for Vocational Schools in Central Europe.
