Selen Sarisoy Guerin is an assistant professor and an associate research fellow at the Center for European Policy Studies in Brussels. She is the author of multiple articles and has contributed to academic texts, including Climate Change and Trade: Taxing Carbon at the Border. Ioannis Stivachtis is an associate professor and the director of the international studies program at Virgina Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is the author of Co-operative Security and Non-Offensive Defense in the Zone of War and The Enlargement of International Society. He lives in Blacksburg, Virginia.
