Sanjeev Kumar Mahajan, Ph.D., Professor, Department of Public Administration, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla has had a brilliant academic career. He was awarded the University Medal for standing first in MA by Punjab University, Chandigarh, India. His areas of specialisation include public enterprises and transport management. He has authored and co-edited books on public undertakings, public administration and challenges in governance.

Anupama Puri Mahajan, Ph.D., a researcher and a freelance writer served as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Public Administration in Himachal Pradesh University, India. She regularly contributes articles to reputed journals of Public Administration, newspapers and books. She has also authored a book on women empowerment.
