Über Autor(innen)

J. H. Mazaheri is Professor of French at Auburn University (USA), where he has taught since 1989. He studied Visual Arts at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, and French Literature at the Faculté des Lettres in Aix-en-Provence and at Brown University (USA), where he earned his Ph.D. in French Literature. His publications include monographs on La Bruyère (1995), H. de Balzac (1999 and 2008), Molière and La Fontaine (2012), and G. Eliot (2012), as well as numerous articles on various authors from the 16th to the 20th centuries. He is mainly interested in the relationship between religion/theology and literature.
