Kim M. Rooney is a Partner of White & Case LLP, in the Hong Kong office. She is a Member of, among other bodies, the Law Society of Hong Kong, the Law Society of England and Wales, and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Hong Kong–China Business Council.

Loke-Khoon Tan is a Partner with Baker & McKenzie in its Hong Kong office. He is Past Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce’s Intellectual Property Committee.

Michael J. Moser is Chairman of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Vice President of the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group, Co-Chair of the China Arbitration Forum and a former Vice-Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the IBA. He also serves as a Member of the CIETAC Commission, a Court Member of the LCIA and a Board Member of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
