Ashlea L. Rineer-Hershey earned her Ph.D. in educational leadership and instructional management at Robert Morris University. Dr. Rineer-Hershey is an assistant professor in the Special Education Department at Slippery Rock University, where she teaches courses in low incidence disabilities, intervention in the content areas, and the autism spectrum disorder. Her writing has appeared in the <i>International Journal of Information and Communication Technology Education</i>, and she has presented at numerous regional and national conferences on a wide variety of topics in teacher education. Dr. Rineer-Hershey is a member of the National Council for Exceptional Education and the Pennsylvania Association of Colleges and Teacher Educators.
