Rowley, Chris
Professor Chris Rowley has affiliations at IHCR, Korea University, Korea and IBAS, Griffith University, Australia as well as IAPS, Nottingham University, UK and Cass Business School, City University, London, UK and has been a Korea Foundation Research Fellow. He is Editor of the journals Asia Pacific Business Review and Journal of Chinese Human Resource Management and also Series Editor of the Working in Asia and Asian Studies book series. He has given a range of talks and lectures to universities and companies internationally, with research and consultancy experience with unions, business and government. He has published widely in the area of Human Resource Management and Asian business, with over 500 articles, books and chapters and practitioner pieces as well as being interviewed and quoted in a range of practitioner reports and magazines, radio and newspapers globally.

Saha, Jayantee
Jayantee Mukherjee Saha is Director and Principal Consultant of Aei4eiA Pty Ltd. Aei4eiA is a Sydney-based management/policy research and consultancy firm focusing on 'People and Sustainability' matters. She has extensive experience in the fields of business strategies, management/policy research, people management & organisational development. She has held senior positions with professional bodies and academic institutions and works closely with Government/public sector agencies, MNCs/SMEs, global bodies and academic institutions spread across the Asia Pacific and the UK. Jayantee regularly contributes to forums, been invited columnist in leading HR/business magazines in the APAC region and has over 50 publications, including three books, to her credit. She has received many awards and her work has been widely acclaimed by practitioners and scholars alike.

Jayantee Mukherjee Saha is the Director and Principal Consultant of Aei4eiA, a Sydney-based management research and consultancy firm focusing on people and sustainability matters. She has extensive experience in the field and has worked with a variety of clients across the greater APAC region. Her previous employment includes working for leading professional bodies such as Consultant-Australian Institute of Management, and a Principal Researcher at the Singapore Human Resources Institute. Jayantee regularly contributes to forums and has over 40 publications, including two books, to her credit. She is an invited columnist in leading HR magazines in the APAC region and has received many awards. Her works has been widely acclaimed by practitioners and scholars alike.

Chris Rowley is the Director of the Centre for Research on Asian Management and Professor of Human Resource Management at City University and Director, Research and Publications, HEAD Foundation, Singapore. He is Editor of the leading journal Asia Pacific Business Review, Series Editor of the Working in Asia and Asian Studies book series. He has published widely, with over 400 articles, books, chapters, entries and practitioner pieces. He has given a range of talks and lectures to universities and companies internationally with research and consultancy experience with unions, business and government.
