Surabhi Srivastava, PhD, has 18 years of teaching experience in heritage tourism marketing and management. She is an Associate Professor at the Om Kothari Institute of Research and Management, Kota, Rajasthan, India. She has organized workshops, seminars, and presentations and has contributed as the author of four books (national publications) and editor of two books (international publications) on heritage tourism. She has been awarded first prizes for her research and also received the Global Women Inspiration Award (2022) for exploring tribal tourism, nature tourism, and agri-tourism for community development. She holds an MBA and a PhD (both in Tourism) from the University of Lucknow, India, and a PDF (Tourism) from the University of Kota, India.

Ruchika Kulshrestha, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Management at GLA University Mathura, India. Her research interest pertains to heritage tourism, destination management, tourism marketing, and tourist behavior. She has published her research in international Scopus-indexed journals and has also presented papers at international conferences. She is actively involved in organizing faculty development programs. Her articles are published in the Economic Times, Travel Daily News, and other magazines. She chaired a session at IIM Kashipur and DSMS Durgapur, among others. She has received various awards for her contribution to tourism education. She earned her PhD (Tourism) from Jiwaji University, MBA (Tourism) from IIPS Indore, and is qualified in UGC NET (Tourism Management).
