The reader is given the widest possible range of treatment options for dealing with individual cases.

This second edition includes

- updated, evidence-based descriptions of the techniques, including new techniques in wound management, such as vacuum-assisted closure, negative pressure wound therapy, and more.

- additional images of actual patients, focusing on clinical outcomes

- a completely revised chapter on eyelid reconstructive surgery by Dr. Rick Sanchez

- a completely revised chapter on microvascular reconstructive techniques, authored by Dr. Alberto Ballestín
