Andrea Bonime-Blanc is the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer of Bertelsmann, a global media company with music, publishing, TV and radio holdings worldwide. She has previously served as General Counsel to an international power company as well as a transactional lawyer at Geary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton and King & Spalding. She holds a J.D. and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Director of the American Association for the International Commission of Jurists.
