Philip Culbertson is lecturer in practical theology in the School of Theology at the University of Auckland and a psychotherapist in private practice. Margaret Nelson Agee is senior lecturer in counselor education in the School of Teaching, Learning, and Development in the Faculty of Education at the University of Auckland.
