Jeff DeGraff is professor of executive education at the Universityof Michigan Business School, where he teaches courses oncreativity, innovation and change leadership, strategy, andorganizational development. A founding partner of the WholonicsLeadership Group, a consulting firm specializing in value creationthrough innovation and change, he has consulted, taught, andlectured at leading firms around the world.
Katherine A. Lawrence is currently completing a Ph.D. inorganizational behavior at the University of Michigan BusinessSchool. Her research interests include creativity, improvisation,managerial initiative, and learning, inspired by past workexperience in filmmaking and educational technology.
