Lukasz Dutka, an expert in media accessibility and audiovisual translation, pioneered live subtitling in Poland. With a PhD from the University of Warsaw, he has participated in various research projects on subtitling, co-authored ILSA Project guidelines for live subtitling, and teaches online courses in audiovisual translation at AVT Masterclass.
