Prof. Dr. Hanaa Hachimi received a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science from the Mohammadia Engineering School, Med V University of Rabat, Morocco, in 2013, and a Ph.D. in Mechanics & System Reliability from the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Rouen, France, in 2013. She holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Analysis & Information Processing and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, both from the Faculty of Sciences, Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra, Morocco, in 2009 and 2007, respectively. She is a full professor at the National School of Applied Sciences, Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra, Morocco, and serves as President of the Moroccan Society of Engineering Sciences and Technology (MSEST).
Prof. Dr. Chakib El Mokhi is Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy and Computer Science at Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra - Morocco. He studied electrical and information engineering in Germany and worked there for several years in the automotive industry. His research focuses on the optimization of energy production and energy efficiency using metaheuristic optimization algorithms. He is also interested in big data and decision-oriented informatics. He is co-editor of the International Journal on Optimization and Applications (IJOA). He is a member of the organizing committees of the "International Conference on Optimization and Applications" and the international innovation competition "Let's Challenge". He is also General Chair of the International Conference on Advanced Sustainability Engineering and Technology ICASET2025.
Prof. Dr. Nabil HMINA is a Doctor of Engineering Sciences from the University and the Central School of Nantes. He is currently an associate professor of higher education at Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra. He has held several positions of responsibility within the University and the Ministry: Vice President of Ibn Tofail University, Director of the National School of Applied Sciences of Kenitra, President of Sultan Moulay Slimane Beni Mellal University. He chaired several national commissions and programs: The Higher Commission for Diploma Equivalencies, the Commission for developing a global information system for the Conference of University Presidents, and the APOGEE software implementation program in Moroccan universities. On the research side, he directed the "Systems Engineering" laboratory from 2012 to 2020. His scientific portfolio includes 2 patents, 3 books, 5 book chapters, 112 indexed articles, and 15 supervised doctoral theses.
Prof. Dr. Adnane Addaim received his Master's degree in 2001 and his Ph.D. in 2008, both in Satellite Communications, from the Mohammadia School of Engineers (EMI), Morocco. From 2002 to 2003, he worked at SIEMENS AG as an engineer for the implementation of the Meditelecom GSM monitoring network in Morocco. From 2004 to 2009, he was teaching assistant at EMI and research engineer at the Center for Space Research and Studies (CRES), working on university microsatellites. He received the first prize for the best doctoral thesis 2007–2009 in Sciences and Technologies at Mohammed V University. In 2010, he was a post-doctoral fellow at the Satellite Communication and Networking Laboratory (SCNL), University of Genoa. From 2010 to 2020, he was professor lecturer at ENSA Kenitra. He is currently professor lecturer at EMI and researcher at the University Center of Research in Space Technologies in Rabat, Morocco.
