Amanda M. Nickson, is a social worker and runs her own business, Hope and Believe Solutions (formerly Interactive Solutions), https://www.amandanickson.com.au/ in professional supervision, training and organizational consultancy. She has many years of experience as a supervisor and has worked in numerous roles which have included positions with government, non-government organisations, private practice and academia. She is passionate about good supervision being available to all social workers and human services workers.

Margaret Anne Carter is a respected academic, researcher, and practitioner in counsellor education, serving as Discipline Lead and Course Coordinator of the Masters of Guidance and Counselling. As a multi-award-winning educator and Senior Fellow of Advance Higher Education, she brings extensive expertise in innovative teaching and curriculum design. Prof Carter is a strong advocate for mental health in higher education and passionate about delivering quality outcomes for future counsellors. With a career marked by leadership roles and a strong publication record, she remains actively engaged in research and supervision, contributing meaningfully to the field.

Abraham Francis is the Discipline Lead in Social Work, School of Arts and Sciences, at the University of Notre Dame, Australia.  He has established international partnerships and research collaborations with various universities and agencies and has contributed extensively to the social work profession.  Professor Francis has received many awards for his outstanding contribution to Social Work Education. Prof. Francis is also a certified Chief Wellbeing Officer from World Happiness Foundation, USA.
