Über Autor(innen)

Chie Kojima, Ph.D. (Chuo), LL.M. (Yale) and J.S.D. (Yale), is Professor of International Law at Chuo University. She published a number of articles in the law of the sea and serves as a member of the editorial boards of leading international journals.
Masatoshi Takeuchi is Associate Professor of International Relations and International Law at Toyo Gakuen University. He has published several articles in Japanese and English.
