DR. TULSIDAS R. BAGGI is a distinguished forensic scientist and retired director of the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Bureau of Police Research & Development, Government of India, Hyderabad. He also served as the Academic Coordinator for the M.Sc. (Forensic Science) program at Osmania University from 2000 to 2014, playing a pivotal role in launching both the M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry) at O.U. Women’s College and the M.Sc. (Forensic Science) course at Osmania University. Holding a Ph.D. in Applied Analytical Chemistry, he is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemists (India) and the Royal Society of Chemistry. With over 60 years of expertise, Dr. Baggi has made significant contributions to forensic science, pharmaceutical research, environmental studies, and fuel analysis. He has authored around 90 research publications and received prestigious honors such as the President of India Police Medal, H.K. Sen Memorial Medal, Thaker Award, Professional Achievement Award, and multiple Lifetime Achievement Awards in forensic science and toxicology. He has supervised numerous Ph.D. students and worked on several sensitive and high-profile cases. Under his leadership, CFSL Hyderabad was designated a Center of Excellence for Forensic Chemical Sciences. Dr. Baggi remains academically active at 87 and continues to contribute as a member of advisory panels, university boards, editorial boards of several journals, and as a guest faculty instructor at various universities.

DR. SACHIL KUMAR currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Amity Institute of Forensic Sciences, Amity University, Noida, India, where he teaches both postgraduate and undergraduate courses in forensic science. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, he actively engages in research, curriculum development, and mentoring students. He earned his Ph.D. in forensic chemistry from King George’s Medical University, India, in 2015. Following his doctorate, he worked as a guest lecturer at the Department of Forensic Scienc
