MATS LARSSON has worked for twenty years as a business consultant with strategy development, operational efficiency, IT and change management. His experience covers industries as diverse as food and packaging, construction, services (electronic and professional) and high technology. He has worked with companies of all sizes and in all stages of development.

Since 1996, when he started writing the book about e-business, Larsson has taken a particular interest in emerging business areas. He has studied 'peak oil' and related subjects since 2004 and in a number of analysis projects he has focussed on the organizational and leadership aspects of the change, made a large number of interviews and researched the status of change, relative to the ultimate need, and concluded that in order to succeed, a certain amount of managed change needs to be applied.
