Löwer, Wolfgang
Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Löwer lehrt Öffentliches Recht an der Universität Bonn. Er ist Richter am Verfassungsgerichtshof Münster und Mitglied der Rheinisch-Westfälischen Akademie der Wissenschaften sowie Vorsitzender des Ombudsman-Gremiums der DFG.

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Löwer lehrt Öffentliches Recht an der Universität Bonn und ist Richter am Verfassungsgerichtshof Münster.
