Lopez is Professor in the Department of Leadership, Higher, and Adult Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), Director of the Center for Leadership and Diversity, and Provostial Advisor on Access Programs at the University of Toronto, Canada. She is the author of Culturally Responsive and Socially Just Leadership in Diverse Contexts: From Theory to Action (2016).
