It is a valuable book which has much to say that will disabuse many readers of cherished illusions - especially false belief that President Roosevelt was sympathetic to the Zionist cause because of wholehearted Jewish support for his anti-Nazi policies. This is a warm and revealing book that deserves significant attention.
