Michael Miloro, D.M.D., M.D., F.A.C.S., is the DepartmentHead and Program Director in the Department of Oral andMaxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at ChicagoCollege of Dentistry. Dr Miloro is co-editor of Peterson'sPrinciples of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. In addition, hehas authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, andhas lectured both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Antonia Kolokythas, D.D.S., M.Sc., is AssistantProfessor and Director of Research in the Department of Oral andMaxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois at ChicagoCollege of Dentistry. She has completed a fellowship in oral andmaxillofacial oncology, has authored numerous peer-reviewedarticles and several book chapters, and lectures internationally inoral and maxillofacial surgery as well as head and neckoncology.
