Über Autor(innen)

Haydn Morgan is Associate Professor in Sport Management at the University of Bath, UK. The majority of his published research has explored the connection between participation in sport and the enhancement of social inclusion within marginalised populations. He has published widely in academic journals and has also produced reports for industry clients, including The Commonwealth Games Federation, the Ministry of Justice and UK Sport. He is currently involved in youth inclusion projects for Comic Relief, Access Sport, and the Welsh Rugby Union.

Andrew Parker is Visiting Professor in the College of Business and Law at the University of the West of England, UK, having formerly held a professorial role in the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the University of Gloucestershire, UK. Andrew’s research interests include sport and disadvantaged youth, and sport and spirituality. Andrew has served on the editorial boards of the Sociology of Sport Journal (2005-2008) and Qualitative Research (2001-2019) and is a former co-editor of the International Journal of Religion and Sport.

Rosie Meek is a Chartered Psychologist and is founding Head of the Law School at Royal Holloway University of London, UK. Rosie is best known for her work on the role and impact of sport and physical activity in prison settings. A Distinguished Fulbright Scholar, she has served on the Economic and Social Research Council's Grant Assessment Panel and the Youth Justice Board's Academic Liaison Panel. She is also an Associate Editor of the journal Criminology & Criminal Justice and acts as advisor to the UN Office on Drugs and Crime.
