He is the author of Windows on the World Economy and the coauthor of Globalization for Development. Ramkishen S. Rajan is associate professor of public policy at George Mason University and the author of Economic Globalization and Asia. Amy Jocelyn Glass is associate professor of economics at Texas A&M University. Lewis S. Davis is assistant professor of economics at Union College.
