The generation and exchange of knowledge plays a prominent role in Mediterranean and European cultural and religious history. Renger, Almut-Barbara
Dr. Almut-Barbara Renger ist Professorin für Antike Religion, Kultur und deren Rezeptionsgeschichte an der FU Berlin und war von 2007 bis 2010 Fellow an der Harvard University. Sie arbeitet auf den Gebieten der Religionssoziologie, Wissenschaftsgeschichte, Gattungstheorie, Ästhetik und Antikerezeption in Literatur, Bildender Kunst und Film. Ihr Spezialgebiet sind Grenzverläufe zwischen Religion und Literatur.
