Jason Chuah is Professor of Commercial and Maritime Law and Head ofAcademic LawProgrammes at the City Law School, City University London, UK.

The late Martin Dockray was Professor of Law at City University London and Head of the Law Department there from 1989 to 2004. His first edition of this book was published in 1987.
