James E. Rowe is a Senior Planner in the Economic Development Unit at the Manukau City Council in New Zealand. He is also a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His previous education from the USA includes degrees from Appalachian State University (B.S. cum laude), the College of New Jersey (M.A. Geography) and the University of Tennessee (M.S.P. Regional Planning). Mr Rowe is the NZ Vice President of the Australia New Zealand Regional Science Association International and the Chairman of the New Zealand Chapter of CoreNet Global.
