Allen Rubin, Ph.D. is the Kantambu LattingCollege Professorship for Leadership and Change at theUniversity of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. He isthe author of a number of bestselling titles in social workresearch and the past president of the Society for Social Work andResearch.
Eugenia Weiss is a Clinical Associate Professor inthe School of Social Work at the University of SouthernCalifornia. She is a licensed clinical social worker and alicensed psychologist. Weiss assisted in developing the USC'smilitary social work sub-concentration and teaches a course onmilitary families. Her research interests include diversityand multicultural training in social work education and familyattachment issues through the phases of military deployment.
Jose E. Coll is an Associate Professor in the Department ofSocial Work at Saint Leo University and Director of Veteran StudentServices, where he has been a faculty member since 2011. Priorto joining St. Leo, he was a Clinical Associate Professor and Chairof the Mlitary Social Work & Veterans Services at USC'sSchool of Social Work. Coll is a Marine Corps veteran whoserved with 1st Force Reconnaissance Company. His research focuseson counseling practices with veterans, cognitive development andcognitive complexities, and underage college substanceabuse.
