Singh, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized educator, innovator, and telecom executive having more than 40 years of experience in innovation, execution, and management of telecoms networks/ products/ services in wireless, wireline, and cable industries across globe. Since 2012, he has been instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying the National Public Safety Broadband Networks (NPSBN) utilizing the dedicated spectrum B-14 to enable first responders to have access to a secure network anywhere anytime. He has also worked on expanding the NPSBN in rural areas across 50 states, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the U.S. territories of Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.
