Santos, José Cleiton Sousa Dos
Prof. Dr. José Cleiton Sousa dos Santos graduated in chemistry from the State University of Ceará (Brazil) in 2008. In 2011, he obtained a master's degree in chemical engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC, Brazil). In 2013, he moved to the Institute of Catalysis and Petrochemistry (ICP-CSIC) (Spain), studying new methods of immobilization-stabilization of enzymes and in 2015 he obtained his double doctorate. Graduation (double grade, UAM (Spain)/UFC (Brazil)). His research interests are the development of strategies for the preparation of improved biocatalysts: enzymatic purification, immobilization, stabilization and also reaction design. He has co-authored more than 120 articles, with an h-index of 61. He is a member of several editorial boards of international journals.
