Über Autor(innen)

Jo Anne Schneider, Ph.D. (Anthropology, Temple University), is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at Indiana University in Pennsylvania. She has written numerous articles and papers on welfare reform, churches, and communities and administered welfare-to-work programs for six years.
