Dr. Russell Arthur Smith is Interim Dean, Cornell-NanyangInstitute of Hospitality Management, in the Nanyang TechnologicalUniversity, Singapore. He is a hospitality and tourism developmentexpert, who has extensive academic and professional experience inAsia, as well as Australia, North America, and the Middle East. Heholds a doctorate from Harvard University and a degree inarchitecture with first class honors from the University ofQueensland, Australia. He is a certified practicing planner.
Dr. Judy A. Siguaw is Dean of the College of HumanEcology at East Carolina University, United States. She wasformerly a professor of marketing in Cornell University's School ofHotel Administration. The founding Dean of Cornell-NanyangInstitute of Hospitality Management, she previously held the J.Thomas Clark Chair in Entrepreneurship and Personal Enterprise.
