Jha, Sudan
With 24+ years of combined experience in teaching, research, and industry, Prof. Sudan Jha is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Kathmandu University, Nepal. He leads the IoT R&D Lab at Kathmandu University and has previously been affiliated with KIIT University, Chandigarh University, Christ University, and more. He has held key positions such as Technical Director at Nepal Television, Principal in engineering colleges, and Individual Consultant at Nepal Telecom Authority.
Prof. Jha is an AI expert with active contributions to Nepal's AI Policy 2081 for the Government of Nepal. He has also mentored the AI Concept Paper submitted by the Federation of Computer Association of Nepal (CAN Federation). Additionally, he serves as the Vice President of npCERT (Information Security Response Team Nepal), playing a crucial role in cybersecurity and digital infrastructure initiatives.
Dedicated to advancing higher education and smart platform technologies, he has published 95+ SCI/SCIE-indexed research papers and book chapters in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He is a Co-Editor-in-Chief of an international journal and a Guest Editor for SCIE/ESCI/SCOPUS-indexed journals. His research contributions include three patents and authorship/editorship of seven books on IoT, 5G, and AI, published by Elsevier, CRC, and AAP. His work has also secured funding for two international projects.
Prof. Jha has delivered keynote speeches at over 45 international conferences and has conducted faculty development programs, short-term training programs, and workshops at both national and international levels. He holds certifications in Microservices Architecture, Data Science, and Foundations of Artificial Intelligence.
His primary research interests include AI & IoT integration, Quality of Services in IoT-enabled devices, Neutrosophic Theory, and Neutrosophic Soft Set Systems.
Kumar, Raghvendra
Raghvendra Kumar is working as an Associate Professor in Computer Science and Engineering Department at GIET University, India. He received BTech, MTech, and PhD in Computer Science and Engineering, India, and Postdoc Fellow from the Institute of Information Technology, Virtual Reality and Multimedia, Vietnam. He has published a number of research papers in international journals and conferences. His research areas are computer networks, data mining, cloud computing, and secure multiparty computations, theory of computer science, and design of algorithms. He authored and edited 23 computer science books in field of IoT, data mining, and biomedical engineering.

Dr. Le Hoang Son obtained the Bachelor, Master and PhD degrees on Mathematics - Informatics at VNU University of Science, Vietnam National University (VNU). He has been working as a researcher and now Vice Director of the Center for High Performance Computing, VNU University of Science, Vietnam National University since 2007. His major field includes Soft Computing, Fuzzy Clustering, Recommender Systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Particle Swarm Optimization. Manju Khari, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor at the Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technology and Research, under Govt. Of NCT Delhi, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University), India. She is also Professor In-charge of the IT Services of the Institute and has more than twelve years' experience in Network Planning & Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Patna and received her Master's degree in Information Security from Ambedkar Institute Technology of Advanced Communication Technology and Research, Delhi, India. Her research interests are in software testing, software quality, software metrics, information security and nature-inspired algorithms. She has published 60 papers in refereed national and International journals and conferences, and has authored 6 book chapters and co-authored two books.
