Duc-Tan Tran is Associate Professor and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (FEEE), Phenikaa University. He has published over 150 research papers. His main research interests include the representation, processing, analysis, and communication of information embedded in signals and datasets. He serves as a technical committee program member, track chair, session chair, and reviewer of many international conferences and journals.
Gwanggil Jeon received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. (summa cum laude) degrees from the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 2003, 2005, and 2008, respectively. He is currently Professor at the Department of Embedded Systems Engineering, Incheon National University, Incheon, Korea. His current research interests include image processing, particularly image compression, motion estimation, demosaicking, and image enhancement, and computational intelligence, such as fuzzy and rough sets theories. Dr. Jeon was a recipient of the IEEE Chester Sall Award in 2007 and the ETRI Journal Paper Award in 2008.
Nguyen Thi Dieu Linh is working in the Division of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in Electronics and Information, Faculty of Electronics Engineering Technology, Hanoi University of Industry, Vietnam (HaUI). She is heading the department since 2015. She has more than 18 years of academic experience in electronics, IoT, smart garden, and telecommunication. She has authored or co-authored more than 15 research articles that are published in journals, books, and conference proceedings. She received her Ph.D. in Information and Communications Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2013
Joan Lu is in the Department of Computer Science and is the research group leader of Information and System Engineering (ISE) in the Center of High Intelligent Computing (CHIC), having previously been a team leader in the IT department of Charlesworth Group publishing company. Professor Lu has published seven academic books and more than 200 peer-reviewed academic papers.
Do Xuan Thu, Doctor of Science and Technology Head of Department of Electronics and Telecommunications, Faculty of Information Technology; University of Transport Technology, 54 Trieu Khuc Street, Thanh Xuan District, Ha Noi City, Vietnam. He has more than 10 years of academic experience in systems, communication networks, and telecommunications equipment and design.
