He is the past president of the National Academy of Human Resources, the organization that recognizes outstanding excellence in human resources.

David Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor of Business at the University of Michigan. He is the co-founder of The RBL Group. In addition he was Ranked as the #1 management guru by BusinessWeek, profiled by Fast Company as one of the world's top 10 creative business thinkers.

Wright, Patrick M
Patrick M. Wright is Thomas C. Vandiver bicentennial chair in the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He has published over 60 research articles in journals and over 20 chapters in books and edited volumes, and has co-authored two textbooks and two books on HR practice. He is the Editor at Journal of Management. He currently serves as a member on the board of directors for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Academy o Human Resources (NAHR) In 2014 he received SHRM's Michael R. Losey Human Resource Research Award.

Elizabeth Sartain, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is now an active business advisor and board member after a distinguished 30-year career in human resources. As CHRO of both Yahoo Inc. and Southwest Airlines, Sartain led significant business transformation initiatives as a member of executive leadership teams and guided global human resource efforts.
