He is currently the director of the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, scholar and advisor for several ministerial policy making discussion panels. He received a PhD degree from University of International Business and His research areas focus on international trade and investment, finance and service-based economy. His works include Foreign Investment and Industrial Competitiveness, Economic Globalization and Modern International Trade, Chinese Service Industry and Service Trade, Chinese Foreign Trade in 60 Years. Etc.
