Prof. Zhou received his B.S. (2008) in Electronic Science and Engineering from Nanjing University, M.S. (2009) in Electronic Engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Ph.D. (2013) in Physics and Materials Science from City University of Hong Kong. He is now a faculty member and principal investigator in Institute for Advanced Study, Shenzhen University. His research interests include flexible and printed electronics, nanomaterials, nanocomposite materials and nanoscale devices for technological applications such as logic circuits, memories, energy-harvesting, photonics and sensors. He has published 4 book chapters, 3 USA patents, 2 China patents and over 80 SCI papers in peer-reviewed journals. More than 20 of his works have been highlighted as cover page or frontispiece. The published papers have been extensively accessed and cited by prestigious journals. He has delivered more than 20 talks in international conferences such as IEEE, SPIE, MRS, E-MRS and ISIF.
