Rita-Marie Conrad has been teaching, designing, and consultingon online courses for nearly two decades. She consults on thedesign, implementation, and evaluation of online courses, andprovides training to community college and university faculty. Afrequent presenter on the topic of online instruction, she is alsocoauthor of The Online Teaching Survival Guide published byJossey-Bass.
J. Ana Donaldson retired as an associate professor ofinstructional technology from the University of Northern Iowa. Shecontinues her love of teaching online by working part-time as acontributing faculty member for Walden University. She alsoprovides instructional design and program evaluation consulting andhas presented workshops on using technology to apply the principlesof engaged learning.
