Senthilkumaran Piramanaygam PhD. is a Professor of Hospitality and Tourism in Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal, India. He holds a PhD in Services Marketing and an MBA, with dual specialisation in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He has diverse experience in teaching hospitality, business management, tourism, business research methods and statistics. His research interests include strategic management in hospitality, consumer behaviour, the experience economy, and behavioural economics. He holds more than 20 years of experience in teaching hospitality, business management and tourism to both undergraduate and post graduate students. He has contributed many research works to peer reviewed books and international journals.

Dr Julia N. Albrecht is a Senior Lecturer in Tourism at the Department of Tourism, University of Otago, New Zealand. Her research interests include tourism management and strategy, visitor management, guiding and interpretation, and nature-based tourism. Julia's work has been published in leading journals such as Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, and International Journal of Tourism Research. She is the editor of Visitor Management in Tourism Destinations, published by CABI. Current projects investigate the management of New Zealand's ecosanctuaries, as well as the implementation of sustainability in destination management in New Zealand and Austria. Julia is a co-editor of the Journal of Outdoor Recreation and Tourism as well as on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research.

Saurabh Kumar Dixit, Ph. D., is a Professor and founding Head of the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong (Meghalaya), India. His research interests include Consumer Behavior, Gastronomic Tourism, and Experiential Management and Marketing in hospitality and tourism contexts. He has fifteen books to his credit, including The Routledge Handbook of Consumer Behavior in Hospitality and Tourism (2017), The Routledge Handbook of Gastronomic Tourism (2019), The Routledge Handbook of Tourism Experience Management and Marketing (2020), Tourism in Asian Cities (2020), Tourism in India: Marketing Perspectives (2021), Consumer Behavior in Hospitality & Tourism (2021) and The Emerald Handbook of Luxury Management for Tourism and Hospitality (2021). Presently he is editing Routledge Handbook of Wine Tourism and Routledge Handbook of Collaborative Consumption in Tourism. He has contributed many research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and books. Besides being Senior Researcher in the Department of Economics at University of Palermo, Argentina, he is a global affiliate of the Tourism Crisis Management Institute (University of Florida, US), the Centre for Ethnicity and Racism Studies (University of Leeds), The Forge (University of Lancaster and University of Leeds UK) and The International Society for Philosophers, hosted in Sheffield UK. With more than 700 published papers and 25 books, Korstanje was awarded as Outstanding Reviewer 2012, International Journal of Disaster Resilience in the Built Environment, University of Salford, UK; Outstanding Reviewer 2013, Journal of Place Management and Development, Institute of Place, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK and Reviewer Certificate of Acknowledgement 2014, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (IJCHM), University of Central Florida, US.
