James Kouzes is the Dean's Executive Fellow of Leadershipfor the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, anaward-winning industry thought-leader, and a highly sought-afterinternational speaker.
Barry Posner is the award-winning Accolti EndowedProfessor of Leadership at the Leavey School of Business at SantaClara University, and an internationally renowned scholar andeducator.
Kouzes and Posner have written over 30 books and workbooks onleadership, including The Leadership Challenge, now in itsfifth edition. They have been at the forefront of leadershipresearch for over three decades.
